The core of the portfolio is directly owned residential property across Asia-Pacific and the United States. Assets are held for decades and managed through local operators.
Public markets
A liquid portfolio of listed securities and cash instruments. It provides Willow Capital's reserves and its capacity to act when prices are dislocated.
Private funds
A small number of commitments to external managers, made where specialist access or scale cannot be replicated directly.
